Trump renews attacks on Ukraine’s president

The US president has criticised Ukrainian leaders, accusing them of showing no appreciation for Washington’s support. In a statement posted on social media, Trump wrote: “UKRAINE ‘LEADERSHIP’ HAS EXPRESSED ZERO GRATITUDE FOR OUR EFFORTS,” echoing remarks he made during a heated exchange in the White House in February in which Trump and US Vice President JD Vance berated Zelenskyy.
