Israel has said fighter jets struck the home of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh overnight. The military said that the residence was used as a meeting place for senior Hamas officials and for directing attacks against Israeli troops and civilians. It also published photos of what it said were weapons belonging to Hamas naval forces seized near the home in Al Shati refugee camp, in northern Gaza.
