Three paramedics were killed in an Israeli strike on a medical centre in the south Lebanese town of Jouaiya, the Civil Defence announced on Sunday. More than 50 medical workers have been killed in the past two weeks as Israel intensified its bombing of Lebanon. Rescuers have come under increasing attack, with at least six hospitals closed in Lebanon, while others remain all but non-operational.
