The army chief, Qamar Javed Bajwa on his two-day visit to Qatar said in his statement that Pakistan and Qatar shared a strong history and a great relationship that is being transformed into enduring ties. In the meeting, mutual interests of defense, security, and regional politics were discussed. He admired the role played by Qatar in Afghanistan’s peace process.
