The US navy attacked an Iranian-flagged commercial boat last night, injuring 10 sailors. Five people are still missing, Iran’s semi-official Mehr news agency said. The attack reportedly happened in the waters of the Strait of Hormuz and the Makran Sea in Oman, as a cargo vessel near the waters of Minab County was hit and caught fire. Mehr reports that there were 15 sailors on this cargo boat in total and that 10 sailors were injured and transferred to a hospital, as local groups and search teams try to find out the status of the other sailors.
