Elon Musk said on Tuesday that he would resign as chief executive of Twitter once he finds a replacement, in apparent response to a poll he launched that suggested users wanted him to step down. Musk's poll shows majority don't want him as Twitter's chief

A poll by Elon Musk on whether he should quit as Twitter CEO showed the majority of users of the social media platform who took part voted in favor of the move after the poll ended on Monday. Musk reinstates Donald Trump's Twitter account

Twitter CEO Elon Musk has confirmed Donald Trump's account is unbanned. Donald Trump was banned from Twitter in January 2021 following the January 6th insurrection for being in violation of the Glorification of Violence Policy on the platform. Elon Musk posted a poll on his personal account and noted that the majority of users who voted want to see Trump's account unbanned. On Monday, Jack Patrick Dorsey, co-founder of the social networking site Twitter, has stepped down as the chief executive officer (CEO) of the company.
