Iran captures unmanned US submarine as sea warfare intensifies

The IRGC says its naval forces “trapped one of the most modern, intelligent, unmanned submarines of the terrorist US army at the entrance to the Strait of Hormuz”. Iranian state media identified the vessel as a Dive-LD – an autonomous underwater vehicle built by California-based defence firm Anduril Industries. Seven Palestine Action protesters face being sentenced as ‘terrorists’ by Scottish prosecutors

Defend Our Juries, a UK activist group, has condemned the move by Scottish prosecutors to attempt to sentence seven Palestine Action protesters with “terrorism charges” after they damaged Trump’s Turnberry golf course. The group said “it’s now all too clear why the White House has designated Palestine Action as a global terror organisation, alongside Al Qaeda. Security Forces Report Major Counterterrorism Success

Security forces have killed dozens of terrorists in separate intelligence-based operations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, the military’s media wing said Friday. According to ISPR, joint operations with police were conducted over the past few days as part of an intensified counterterrorism campaign. The statement said the operations dealt major blows to terrorist networks linked to groups described by the state as Fitna al-Khawarij and Fitna al-Hindustan, resulting in significant casualties among militants. Iraq's top judge in Syria for talks on Daesh detainees  

The head of Iraq’s Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zidan, arrived in the Syrian capital Damascus on Thursday for talks on Daesh terrorists transferred from Syrian detention facilities to Iraqi prisons. Syrian Justice Minister Mazhar al-Wais received Zidan upon his arrival, according to the Iraqi News Agency (INA). Azerbaijan president vows retaliation after Iran 'terrorist' drone strike 

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev accused Iran of ‘terrorism’ and threatened retaliation after four people were wounded on Thursday in drone attacks on an airport and near a school that Aliyev blamed on his country’s neighbour.
