Indian actress detained in UAE on drugs charge

Mumbai police arrest Bulli Bai app creator

New Delhi: It emerged on Jan 6 that the Indian police had arrested a 20-year-old suspect who created an online app, Bulli Bai. The app shared pictures of Muslim women for a virtual "auction". The open source app called 'Bulli Bai' - a derogatory term to describe Muslim women - had shared pictures of many women without their permission.
