Eight Palestinians left, 12 returned to Gaza on Monday: Interior ministry

The Gaza Interior Ministry says it has monitored operations at the Rafah crossing throughout Monday after its reopening. Eight people – patients and their companions – departed Gaza during the day, the ministry said in a brief statement on Telegram. Several killed in blast in Afghan capital Kabul

Several people were killed in a blast in the Afghan capital Kabul's Shahr-e-Naw area, the Taliban interior ministry said on Monday. "According to preliminary reports, a number of people were killed and injured," Interior Ministry spokesperson Abdul Mateen Qani told Reuters. Kabul police spokesperson Khalid Zadran said the blast targeted a hotel in the commercial Shahr-e-Naw neighbourhood that includes large office buildings, shopping complexes and embassies. Interior ministry declares TLP proscribed outfit in line with cabinet's decision

Hamas orders Gaza clan leader Yasser Abu Shabab to surrender

The Hamas-run interior ministry in Gaza on Wednesday ordered Yasser Abu Shabab, the leader of a well-armed Bedouin clan who is defying the group’s control of the Palestinian enclave to surrender and face trial, accusing him of treason. Hamas gives Abu Shabab clan leader ultimatum to surrender

One dead, 7 detained during Israeli incursion into Syria

Damascus: Syria’s interior ministry said that the Israeli military killed one civilian and detained seven people during an overnight incursion, with the Israeli army saying it seized members of Palestinian group Hamas. Bangladesh lifts ban on Jamaat-e-Islami party

Bangladesh's interim government has lifted a ban on the Jamaat-e-Islami party and its student wing, Islami Chhatra Shibir. The Interior Ministry issued a statement on Wednesday, saying there was a lack of evidence to support the reasons behind the previous ban, The Daily Star, one of Bangladesh's leading newspapers, reported.
