Air strikes hit Yemen’s Hayfan district in Taiz

Saudi-led coalition aircraft carried out a strike on Hayfan district in Yemen’s Taiz province, Houthi-run al-Masirah television reports. Air attacks follow the Houthis’ rapid advance on the ground in western Yemen with the group gaining control over much of Yemen’s Red Sea coast and advancing to areas adjacent to the Bab al-Mandeb Strait. At least 112,000 people displaced in Yemen due to conflict: UN

The UN migration agency says at least 112,000 people have been displaced in Yemen within the last two weeks amid renewed conflict between the Houthis and government forces. Nearly 3,000 others have fled by sea to neighbouring Djibouti, the agency added. Bodies of 2 Pakistanis killed in Houthi attacks repatriated

The bodies of two Pakistanis killed in an attack by Houthis on a commercial vessel in the Red Sea were repatriated to the country from Yemen, Pakistan's foreign minister said. The six Pakistani sailors injured in the attack also "safely" returned to Pakistan, Ishaq Dar said in a post on X.
