Punjab reports 172 new dengue cases in 24 hours

The Punjab Health Department confirmed on Wednesday that 172 new cases of dengue were recorded across the province in the last 24 hours. According to the latest data, Rawalpindi reported 157 cases, Lahore 8, Jhelum 2, while Gujranwala, Chakwal, Attock, Sargodha, and Okara each reported one case. Rawalpindi reports five more dengue cases in 24 hours

Dengue patients reach to 15 after 5 more were confirmed and admitted in the hospitals during the last 24 hours, says a report issued by the District Health Authority here on Monday. The projection of overall dengue risk remains on decline as compared to previous years, yet 87 cases have been confirmed so far this year. Dengue cases tally reaches 15,060 in Punjab

The dengue cases tally has reached 15,060 during the current year so far. Secretary of Punjab Health Department, Ali Jan Khan said that four fresh dengue cases were detected in the last 24 hours in Lahore, taking the tally to 7,014 in the provincial capital. Dengue cases tally reaches 11,587 in Punjab

The dengue cases tally has reached 11,587 during the current year so far, with the arrival of 232 more patients during the last 24 hours. Secretary of Punjab Health Department, Ali Jan Khan said that 232 fresh cases of dengue were detected in the last 24 hours in Punjab, taking the tally to 11,587. Surge in dengue cases in federal capital

Dengue is still out of control as 55 new cases have been reported in federal capital during last 24 hours. According to DHO Islamabad, the number of people affected by dengue in the city has reached 4,695 and 30 cases of dengue were reported in rural areas during 24 hours. Moreover, 18 dengue patients have been admitted to PIMS Hospital, while 26 dengue patients have been admitted to Federal General Hospital Chak Shahzad. Karachi reports 7 deaths from dengue fever

According to the Sindh Health Department, at least seven people had died due to dengue fever in the last 24 hours. A report issued by the provincial health department today said that in the last 24 hours, 113 new dengue cases were reported in Sindh, out of which 107 were from Karachi. 36 suspected dengue patients brought in

From June 1 to 11, over 36 dengue fever suspects were brought to the district's health facilities, according to Dr Sajjad Mehmood, the district's District Coordinator of Epidemics Prevention and Control (DCEPC). He claimed Holy Family Hospital had registered seven suspects, Benazir Bhutto Hospital had registered six, the District Headquarters Hospital had filed three, while Tehsil Headquarters Hospitals Kotli Sattian and Gujar Khan had recorded five of each suspect case. Dengue Virus: Two more deaths reported

Despite the drop in temperature, there has been no relief in dengue infections, with Punjab reporting two fatalities and 74 new dengue cases in the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases to 25013 and the death toll to 143. Sixty new cases were reported from Lahore, with two fatalities. According to health department authorities, four instances of dengue virus were recorded from Rawalpindi, three from Kasur, two from Gujranwala, and one each from Faisalabad, Nankana Sahib, Attock, Hafizabad, and Sialkot.
