Health dept breaks silence on Karachi ‘COVID’ deaths

The Sindh Health Department has dismissed reports claiming four deaths due to COVID-19 in Karachi. According to the department’s spokesperson, all four deceased patients were over 60 years old and suffered from pre-existing medical conditions, clarifying that the fatalities were not caused by the virus. The patients were under treatment at a private hospital, the statement added. President Zardari tests positive for Covid

President Asif Ali Zardari has tested positive for Covid-19, media reported, citing his physician Dr Asim Hussain on Wednesday. Trump orders US exit from the World Health Organization

The United States will leave the World Health Organization, President Donald Trump said on Monday, saying the global health agency had mishandled the COVID-19 pandemic and other international health crises. India records 10,000 new Covid-19 cases in a day
