Covid-19: Children at higher risk in Pakistan

Pakistan has become one of the most dangerous countries for children, with a 13 percent higher mortality rate than the Western world, as 159 children have died of the corona virus in Pakistan since March 2020. 9 more deaths due to Coronavirus reported in Pakistan

In Pakistan, the Corona virus has claimed the lives of nine more people. In the last 24 hours, 48,882 corona tests were conducted around the country, with another 637 corona cases reported, according to the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC). According to the NCOC, the overall number of corona cases across the country increased to 12,78,751 in the previous 24 hours, while the total number of deaths increased to 28,575 and the rate of positive cases increased to 1.30 percent.
