REYKJAVIK: Icelanders have rejected plans to resume negotiations on joining the European Union, final referendum results showed Sunday, dealing a setback to Brussels. 'Ceasefire must include Lebanon,' Brussels says after Israeli strikes near Belgian embassy in Beirut
