Hassan, Hussain Nawaz’s arrest warrants suspended in Avenfield case

An accountability court on Thursday suspended the permanent arrest warrants of Hassan and Hussain Nawaz, sons of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif. Yesterday, both sons of the PML-N supremo, filed pleas in the accountability court seeking suspension of arrest warrants in the NAB References Avenfield, Flagship and Al-Azizia. Avenfield case: IHC overrules objections in Maryum Nawaz's plea

Islamabad: On Wednesday, The Islamabad High Court (IHC) repealed the objections put up by the registrar's office to a petition filed by Maryam Nawaz for nullification of the ruling in the Avenfield Apartment reference.
