Al-Sharaa condemns Israel’s continued attacks on Syria

The Syrian president has condemned Israel’s attacks on his country saying that “there have been 500 air strikes, more than 1,200 incursions, and 300 detentions”. “This is at odds with the orientation we’re seeing at global level. It is reminiscent of an era that we thought was long gone,” al-Sharaa said. He called for the withdrawal of Israel and commitment to the 1974 agreement, saying “we reject Israeli attempts to impose a fait accompli. Air strikes hit Yemen’s Hayfan district in Taiz

Saudi-led coalition aircraft carried out a strike on Hayfan district in Yemen’s Taiz province, Houthi-run al-Masirah television reports. Air attacks follow the Houthis’ rapid advance on the ground in western Yemen with the group gaining control over much of Yemen’s Red Sea coast and advancing to areas adjacent to the Bab al-Mandeb Strait. Israeli air strikes on southern Lebanon’s Shaqra leave two injured: State media

An Israeli air strike on the town of Shaqra, in the Bint Jbeil district in southern Lebanon, has resulted in injuries to two people, Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA) reports. The two people have been transferred to the Tebnine Governmental Hospital, NNA said. The strikes happened earlier this morning, when artillery shelling was reportedly targeting Wadi Nahla on the outskirts of the town. Read More…

US Strikes in Iran Leave Dozens of Casualties

At least 18 people were killed and 142 wounded in recent US air strikes in Iran, the Health Ministry said Thursday, as regional tensions rise following a month-long lull. Ministry spokesperson Hossein Kermanpour said the casualties occurred from August 30 to September 2, including 61 women and 44 children among the wounded. Two women and one child were killed. Israeli strikes, home burnings continue in southern Lebanon

The Israeli army carried out air strikes and detonated and set fire to homes in southern Lebanon, continuing its violations of the ceasefire agreement, Lebanon’s National News Agency reported. US launches new strikes on Iran after deaths of service members in Jordan

Israeli army launches attacks on southern Lebanon

Air strikes have been carried out around the Deir neighbourhood in Nabatiyeh district despite an ongoing “ceasefire”, according to Lebanon’s official National News Agency. Israeli warplanes carried out two air strikes targeting the town, and sounds of explosions were heard with thick smoke rising from the targeted areas, it said.
