At UN climate talks, Saudi Arabia’s energy minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman al Saud expressed shock at reiterated complaints that the world’s largest oil producer was working secretly to sabotage negotiations. ‘What you have been hearing are a false allegation and a cheat and a lie,’ he said this week at the talks in Glasgow, Scotland.
