Dubai: On Oct 29, it emerged that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aims at bidding to host the Expo 2030 fair. This is another move to revamp the kingdom’s economy and diversify it away from oil,’ Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, de facto ruler, stated on Friday. Riyadh has already submitted a request to host the world fair 2030 under the theme “The era of change: Leading the planet to a foresighted tomorrow”.
