Ukraine’s defense minister stated that Russia could prepare an attack force in Belarus to launch a new offensive on Ukraine. Defence Minister Oleksii Reznikov and other Ukrainian officials suggested that Moscow could attempt a winter offensive after mobilizing more troops. Yesterday, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Belarus, sparking fears of involving Belarus in the conflict in a more direct way.
