According to AFP, US President Joe Biden said Monday that it’s “obvious” that Russia is considering using chemical and biological weapons in Ukraine, and that if it does, it will face a “severe” Western response.
“Simply not true,” Biden said, referring to Russia’s accusation that the US is harbouring such weapons in Europe. He addressed a group of US business leaders in Washington, “I guarantee you.”
