As India looks to balance its relations with Russia and the West, US President Joe Biden has stated that India is the only country in the quad group of countries that is “slightly wobbly” as a result of its passivity in response to Russia’s war on Ukraine.
“We have presented a united front throughout NATO and in the Pacific in response to his aggression,” Biden said at a business gathering on Monday, alluding to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
