RAWALPINDI: Police have registered a murder case after a 45-year-old woman was found dead with her hands tied behind her back at an apartment. The FIR was lodged on Aug 20 at Civil Lines police station under Sections 302 and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code on her brother Fahad’s complaint. He said his sister Hina, who married in November 2025, was found after her father-in-law called him about an emergency.
