For the first time in years, Britain’s 95-year-old Queen Elizabeth spent the night in hospital for ‘preliminary investigations,’ but she was in high spirits and back at work at her Windsor Castle home on Thursday.

On Wednesday, the world’s oldest and longest-reigning monarch postponed an official visit to Northern Ireland. The queen’s medical staff had advised her to rest, according to the palace, and her illness was unrelated to Covid-19.
