Peshawar High Court on Tuesday suspended the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) verdict which declared PTI’s intra-party elections ‘unlawful’ and stripped the party of its iconic ‘bat’ electoral symbol. The court also issued notices to all respondents in the case.
