It is reported that an anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi dismissed the application rolled by the prosecutor for framing an amended charge against the implicated in the murder lawsuit of well-known rights activist Perween Rahman. She was shot dead in the city in 2013. Five persons were charged in the high-profile murder case.
