Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis told a Cairo Peace Summit on Saturday that a peace process over the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians should resume based on a two-state solution. “No military intervention can replace a viable political solution,” Mr Mitsotakis added, during the summit which is being held in Egypt as Israel prepares a ground assault on Gaza.
