Palestinian Red Crescent spokeswoman Nebal Farsakh said that an Israeli army raid was taking place in the Jenin refugee camp, and troops were surrounding hospitals in the city. “There are medical cases we are trying to reach but because the soldiers are there we cannot get to them without prior co-ordination,” Farsakh stated. Ms Farsakh said the injured man was in serious condition and had been taken to hospital.
