RAWALPINDI: A duty magistrate in Rawalpindi on Sunday remanded Hina Javed’s husband and a servant in police custody for three days in connection with her murder. Hina was found dead in her apartment’s washroom on Thursday, with police reporting signs of torture and a wire around her neck. The suspects were produced before the court as police sought further custody for investigation. The magistrate granted the remand and ordered a progress report.
