The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) held a hearing on Tuesday and slashed the electricity rate by Rs7.43 per unit for Karachi power consumers as part of monthly fuel adjustment charges for the month of November. The drop in power rate will not be applicable to lifeline consumers.
