On Sunday, Kuwait suspended flights to Iraq for a week on the accounts of security fears. The announcement came after a rocket targeted Baghdad International Airport. Iraqi authorities, meanwhile, confirmed that the attacker was arrested. “The flights to Iraq are temporarily suspended based on instructions from the Kuwaiti Civil Aviation Authority because of current conditions,” Kuwait Airways released a statement.
