Israeli settlers have set fire to two vehicles belonging to Palestinian residents of Ein Yabrud village, east of Ramallah city, in the occupied West Bank, according to the Wafa news agency. The attackers also spray-painted racist slurs on homes before fleeing as residents confronted them. Violence in the West Bank has broken new records this year, with settlers carrying out almost-daily attacks on Palestinians that have involved killings, beatings and the destruction of property, often under the protection of the Israeli military.
