Israeli forces have set off a “huge explosion” in the southern Lebanese town of Haddatha, the National News Agency reports. It comes on the first day of a new round of Israel-Lebanon negotiations in Rome aimed at advancing a June framework agreement under which Israeli forces would gradually pull out of southern Lebanon as Hezbollah disarms.
