Israeli attacks kill 11,923 students in Gaza, West Bank

At least 11,923 students and pupils have been killed and 19,199 injured in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank since October 7 last year, the Palestinian Ministry of Education said. In the Gaza Strip alone, the ministry said, more than 11,808 students and pupils have been killed, and 18,596 injured, while in the West Bank 115 died and 603 have been wounded. It added that 561 teachers and administrators have been killed and 3,729 wounded in both Palestinian territories, and more than 148 detained in the West Bank.
