Health authorities have extended polio vaccinations in Gaza city for an additional day, the Gaza Health Ministry said on Tuesday. Vaccinations will be administered at four centres: the Sheikh Radwan centre, Al Shatea’a centre, Muscat Al Rahma and Al Daraj centre, Health Minister Majed Abu Ramadan was quoted by the official Wafa news agency as saying. It follows three days of vaccinations in Gaza city, the only part of the north where a second round of vaccinations can be administered amid a month-long Israeli siege on the area.
