Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said an updated ceasefire proposal was drafted during talks in Cairo. An Israeli delegation will leave Egypt on Tuesday after an “intensive” round of talks, his office said. “As part of the talks, with the helpful mediation of Egypt, the mediators formulated an up-to-date proposal for addressing Hamas,” the office said.
