The Israeli military said that it killed 30 militants and strengthened control of the area during operations in Gaza. Troops also carried out raids on Hamas infrastructure, sniper ambushes, and patrols. Operations took place in western Khan Younis. The army said its troops killed about 10 militants in central Gaza. They also identified a “terrorist” cell entering a compound from where an anti-tank missile was being prepared to fire at troops, it said.
