Israel blocked Gaza incubator retrieval four times: UNICEF

James Elder, the UNICEF spokesperson who is currently in Gaza, has posted a video in which he said the UN children’s agency has been denied access by the Israeli army to northern Gaza in order to retrieve an incubator for newborns, on four occasions.
