Israeli forces arrested 22 Palestinians across the occupied West Bank overnight, official Palestinian media has reported, taking the total number of arrests to 7,920 since the Gaza war began. Arrests were mainly carried out in Jerusalem, the Wafa news agency reported, with others detained in Ramallah, Al Bireh, Hebron, Bethlehem, and Tulkarm. Four women and former detainees were among those arrested, it added, warning of a sharp rise in arrests across Jerusalem during Ramadan.
