Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid hit out at Iran over missile strikes on Erbil which killed at least five civilians on Monday night. “We strongly condemn the bombing that targeted the city of Erbil, which constitutes a violation of Iraqi sovereignty and undermines security and stability in the country,” he wrote on X, formerly Twitter. Two children are reportedly among the victims of the attack, which also killed a prominent Kurdish businessman Iran has accused of working with Mossad.
