PM Imran Khan directed the concerned authority to constitute an effective plan to reduce the dependency on imported plastic. Regarding this, he suggested following the waste import ban of China. This plan instead of 2017 prevented the massive import of plastic in China. Presiding over the meeting he said that environmental protection was the first priority of the government.
