Apple said that it would use 100 percent recycled cobalt in all batteries by 2025. The announcement came as the company accelerated its eco-friendly efforts and aimed to enhance the presence of recycled materials across its products. “Apple is innovating to make technology that enriches people’s lives, while protecting the planet we all share,” said Tim Cook, Apple’s chief executive.
