Islamabad: It was reported that the Islamabad High Court (IHC) reportedly allowed India another chance, till April 13, to provide counsel to Kulbhushan Jadhav. A larger bench comprising of Chief Justice Athar Minallah, Justice Amir Farooq, and Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb, on the request of the Law Ministry conceded to provide government counsel to Kulbhushan Jadhav to execute the decision of the International Court of Justice (IHC). The Attorney General informed India of the progress in the case of Jadhav and said that India wanted the court proceedings in Pakistan to stop so that it can appeal to the International Court of Justice.
