Karachi: The gold price in Pakistan continued its downward trajectory in line with the post-budget blues as well as the approaching cyclone Biparjoy. According to data provided by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the price of gold (24 carats) fell by Rs. 4,000 per tola and Rs. 3,430 per 10 grams to reach Rs. 221,500 and Rs. 189,900, respectively. The price of the yellow metal lost $2 to settle at $1,961 per ounce in the international market today.
