Gaza’s death toll rose to 42,718 on Tuesday after 115 people were killed in the past 48 hours, according to the enclave’s health ministry. Another 487 people were wounded, taking the total number of injured to 100,282. A number of victims are still under the rubble and on streets across Gaza and cannot be reached by medical teams, the ministry added.
