Gaza death toll rises as 22 bodies retrieved from rubble

At least 16 Palestinians have been injured and 22 bodies have been retrieved from the rubble in Gaza in the past 24 hours, according to the enclave’s Health Ministry. The death toll in Israel’s war on Gaza has reached 48,319, the statement said, adding that 111,749 Palestinians were injured in the enclave since October 7, 2023.
