Amman: On Nov 6, Russian jets bombed camps near Syria’s northwestern city of Idlib. At least nine civilians were killed in a flare-up of attacks on the region, witnesses and rescuers asserted. No immediate comment was available from Russia or its allies in the Syrian army.
