Representatives of Hamas and Fatah would meet in Moscow on February 29 to discuss the formation of a unified Palestinian government and the rebuilding of Gaza, Russia’s RIA state news agency reported on Wednesday, citing the Palestinian ambassador to Russia. Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov also confirmed that the meeting is on the cards.
