According to reports the judges at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) investigated Armenian allegations against Azerbaijan. They ordered Azerbaijan to curb the instigation of racial hatred against Armenian prisoners of war and to protect them. Azerbaijan’s side had also filed a countersuit alleging violations of the same U.N. anti-discrimination treaty which the court had yet to rule on.
