Sindh police’s Special Investigation Unit (SIU) arrested an extortionist who sought Rs10 million in extortion money from a tea business owner in the city’s Manzoor Colony area on Wednesday.
According to SP SIU, Arif Aziz, the suspect, Bilal, addressed a threatening letter with two bullets to the owner of a tea company, demanding Rs10 million in extortion.
The suspect had been arrested several times, and an investigation was underway against him.
