Foreign ministers from the European Union arrived in Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, for the first-ever meeting of all 27 members’ top diplomats outside the European bloc. “We are convening a historic meeting of EU Foreign Ministers here in Ukraine, candidate country and future member of the EU,” said Josep Borrell on X. “Ukraine’s future lies within the EU,” High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy said in a separate message.
